It’s about helping children get active and try a new sport or activity in your local area. All you need to do is purchase a qualifying Unilever product from a participating ASDA store to claim one free sports session.

Unilever have partnered with sports and activity providers across the UK to offer free sessions. Each valid claim provides a free trial or taster session for a sport in your area, available at over 1,000+ centres. As the free session is for children aged 5–16, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Promotional Period:

Voucher Validity: Voucher links are valid from the date you receive your winning email until 17th August 2025.

From 17th August 2025, no further redemptions can be made, and all unredeemed vouchers will become invalid. However, if you have already redeemed your voucher, you can still use it to attend your session until 23:59 on 31st December 2025 at asdawinsportssessions.co.uk

All you need to do is purchase at least one of the Qualifying Products during the Promotional Period from the ASDA participating retailer. Entry is via completing a sign up form on the Win Sports Sessions website which can be accessed via scanning the QR code on the instore display packaging instore (“Promotional Material”) using a mobile device; or by visiting the Win Sports Sessions website at www.winsportssessions.co.uk. Here you must complete the form and agree to the T&Cs.

If you are a winner, you will receive an email with your unique link; once you click the unique link, you will be directed to the redemption portal. Simply enter your name and email address to enter the portal which will allow you to browse sports and sessions available near you and choose one you’d like to attend.

You’ll also be able to save your voucher and redeem at a later date as long as it's within the voucher validity period ending on 17th August 2025 (30 days after the promotional close date). If you wish, you can purchase another qualifying Unilever product from a participating ASDA store during the promotional period to claim another session. Yes, you can purchase up to 4 qualifying Unilever products to claim up to 4 free sessions in total across the Promotional Period. Each qualifying purchase must be submitted separately to claim each free session.
